Job Description of Applied Meteorological Research Group

1- Applying weather information and providing meteorological services to public and private sectors in various economic, social and infrastructure fields in the province

2- Participating in joint research and study plans and projects with research institutes and centers in the province in coordination with the central headquarters of the organization. 3- Preparing and testing numerical forecast models suitable for different applications of meteorological information and services, needs of users and climate of the region

4- Study and research on the impact of atmospheric phenomena and climate change in the region on various economic, industrial, social and provincial infrastructure aspects.

5. Cooperation in creating an applied meteorological database
